Bentley Unifies Shopping Experience Across 125+ Stores and Sees 129% Revenue Growth

Inventory and sales data synchronize in real-time between online and physical stores, enabling true omnichannel capabilities like BOPIS and ship-from-store. Bentley has achieved substantial business growth since optimizing their approach to unified commerce with Shopify, and the numbers tell a compelling story of transformation.

Comparing the one-year period post-transition with the previous year, Bentley achieved an impressive 129% year-over-year growth in total revenue across both online and in-store channels. Online sales specifically increased by 74%, while point-of-sale transactions grew by 17%—clearly showing how an improved omnichannel experience helps drive growth across sales channels.
